With this session you will learn how to integrate technology into not only Science whole group lessons, but to utilize them for centers, small group work, bilingual pair work, and quick checks.  The apps that will be discussed and demonstrated are StopMotion, Sketches School, Apple Clips, and FlipGrid.  The StopMotion App will be used to create stop motion movies showing steps in a process or in sequential order with Science TEKS.  Sketches School will be used to illustrate student products that may normally be done in a foldable or interactive word wall.  Both of these apps will be app smashed with Apple Clips to create a movie allowing the students to explain what their stop motion movie and sketches are and mean.  FlipGrid will be demonstrated as an excellent tool that allows students to orally respond to a reflection question or open ended questions.  This is a HUGE help with TELPAS speaking practice for ELL students.  This app smashing session will innovate your instruction and get your students engaged on a whole new level.
